Feeling comfortable and organized at home adds to your productivity

In these unique times many people have started to work from home. Creating a space in the area of your home where most of the family gathers can bring a bit of anxiety. Working at a space like this farmhouse table,  a kitchen counter or a desk will get the job done. So, how can you create a mini office and keep it organized?

Having a dedicated area to work will help to create discipline and allow you to feel like you are in an office. To keep your work area tidy why not put everything up at the end of the day. When you are ready to begin in the morning you don’t want to be distracted or have to start your day with cleaning. This farmhouse cabinet would be perfect for hiding and storing your work supplies.

Don’t forget to schedule breaks for yourself, and get up, stretch a little. Staying connected to your co-workers will help you be more productive. Oh, and don’t forget! It’s always a good idea to take a shower. It’s so easy when working from home to forget about this step, and work all day in your pajamas. These polka dot pajamas are my favorite to lounge in. Getting dressed will help you to be focused and want a clean and organized work space.
