 Shipping & Delivery

Right now we are experiencing longer than normal lead times....
 

     Pine furniture ships in 6-9 months
     Cottage Classics ships 4-6 months
     Four Seasons furniture (sofas, chairs, etc) ships in 7-8 months
     Wicker furniture (stock items) ships in 8-12 weeks
     Danish Furniture ships 5-7 days
     Dash & Albert ships 2-3 weeks

For large freight shipments, please advise us if a semi-truck is not able to access your road and turn around.  If they cannot deliver because of a narrow or remote address, you will be charged a re-delivery fee and we will need to book it with a white glove carrier.

Non-Freight items are sent via FedEx or UPS ground. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 transit days. You will be notified if the item is on a backorder.

Please contact us within 7 days if you have any damage on your UPS or FedEx ground shipment.  Keep all boxes and packaging until the shipment has been inspected.
 

Receiving Shipment via Common Carrier

We cannot replace damaged items if the shipment has been signed for without any notation.  If the driver will not let you inspect, PLEASE sign "PACKAGED DAMAGED".  Even if the boxes appear only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged" unless you have inspected the entire shipment.

NOTE: If you find damage after the driver leaves without any notation, we cannot file a claim with the shipper. 

If you find items significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment and order a replacement. Call 1-800-765-1688.  For PINE furniture, there may be 2 shipping braces on the bottom which can be carefully removed.

PLEASE NOTE:  SOME AREAS MAY BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE.  WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF THERE IS A LIMITED ACCESS DELIVERY FEE FOR REMOTE AREAS.  AREAS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:  NEW YORK, WA, CA, OR, etc.   ALASKA, HAWAII AND CANADA WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES. For Canada shipments - all duties & taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. 
 

Curbside Delivery
Our standard freight charges include Curbside Delivery. Carriers are responsible for delivery to the curbside of your home.  With Curbside Delivery, you will need to help the driver take items off of the truck and you are responsible for moving items into your home.
 

Driveway Delivery
Please request this service when placing your order for an additional fee. Items will be taken off the truck and taken to your driveway or inside your garage.  Driveway delivery does not include any assembly or removal of packaging.
 

White Glove Delivery
White Glove includes inside placement, up to two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal and set-up limited to 15 minutes.  This service is available for an additional fee and can add 4 weeks delivery time onto the order. 
 

Returns
We offer an easy 30-day return policy on most purchases. We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way. Please be mindful of the following details about returns:

·   For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

·   An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.

·   Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

·   Custom ordered Pine furniture, Upholstered sofas & chairs and wicker furniture or fabric (cut yardage) cannot be returned.

·   Returns must be authorized by calling 1-800-765-1688 within 30 days of purchase.  Samples do not need authorization to return.
