American Country Celebrates 15 Years Online

American Country celebrates 15 years online this summer with a brand new look for its website.  The new website will be more user friendly and responsive to all mobile devices, putting American Country on the cutting edge of technology.
 Although a fixture on Main Street, Ames, Iowa for 23 years, owner Maggie Wynja jumped in with both feet back in 2000 when the internet was a new thing.  Online shopping was in its beginning stages then and walk-in local traffic was the norm.  Now the online business and brick and mortar store work well together. Customers can see the quality, check out samples at the store, but have all the measurements and prices on your cell phone or other device when you are at home or on the go. Out of state customers have access to all of their products available for shipping anywhere in the USA.
American Country carries a wide variety of furniture and décor items. Slipcovered and upholstered furniture (sofas, chairs and ottomans) are available in over 250 fabrics. Solid pine furniture and reclaimed pine furniture featuring recycled wine barrels are all made in the USA. A sampling of these items is available for purchase in the store, but hundreds of other styles can be ordered into the store or directly to your home.   
Classic outdoor furniture from Haste Garden imported from Poland and Bistro Patio Furniture imported from France are featured in the store. Many of these items are stocked in our Ames warehouse.
