These braided rugs are easy to clean using the hard attachment of your vacuum attachment. Please do not use the beater brush. Spot clean with non-bleach detergent and spills should be cleaned up as soon as possible. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional cleaning.

Sharon and I are very satisfied with both of our purchases of your Pumpkin Pie Rugs. We made an initial order of 2 rugs just to see if they would be what we were looking for and that they were the right colors. It is difficult to see the exact colors over the internet as I am sure you know.
The first order arrived amazingly fast and intact. The colors were not exactly what we thought they would be but they fit in well with our new carpeting for the living room and hall which was also called Pumpkin Pie.
That carpet is more on the burnt orange side as we expected your pumpkin pie braided rugs to be.
The parts of the rug that we expected to be on the orange side turned out to be burgundy.
As it turns out, that burgundy color blends beautifully with the burnt orange carpet and is then set off by all the other color combinations in the braided rugs.
Once we got them to lie flat and we walked on them for a day or so, we knew that we were going to be totally pleased with our purchase and proceeded to order the remaining three Pumpkin Pie braided rugs to finish off our project.
The only problem we are having is they slide on top of the carpeting and we did not purchase your mats for underneath them. We did purchase a mat at a local retail store and tried it under three of your rugs but they still slide. So, we are not sure what we will do about that but that problem is no fault of yours or your braided rugs, that's just the way they are!
By the way, the second order of rugs got here just as fast as our first order. We were very pleased with that as well as our entire experience with your company!
