24" Ceramic "Faux Marble" Bistro Table Top
Our Ceramic Faux-Marbre Bistro 24" table tops (also called sintered stone) have the look and feel of natural marble and are ideal for hospitality use. Ceramics are a stronger, more durable alternative to marble. Each piece is made from compressed natural stone and fired at over 2,200°F (1200°C). The result is a non-porous stone, so it is stain-proof and scratch-resistant. It is also heat and UV-resistant. Ceramic never needs to be sealed, nor does it absorb liquids, making it ideal for restaurant and bar use. The stone is almost indistinguishable from nature-made stone and can remain outdoors. The ceramic top is lighter than marble, making it easier to move. Our 24" Solid Stone tops create an aura of modern charm. Made of sintered stone.....tough as rock, weatherproof, unaffected by heat, or cold, very hard to chip, scratch or damage and easy to clean.
Unlike natural stone, sintered stone does not require sealing or special cleaning products to maintain its appearance. It is easy to clean with soap and water, and its non-porous surface means that it won't harbor bacteria or mold. You can also put some baking soda on it and wipe it with brush and then clear with wet towel.
