The exact reproduction of the armchair of the Jardins du Luxembourg (created in 1923) manufactured since 2000, on request of the French Senate, the proprietor of the famous gardens. This armchair, which had been so far made in steel, has been reinvented in a new material - aluminium - after a thorough makeover made by the designer Frederic Sofia. While keeping its classic design, this lighter version of Luxembourg offers the added benefits of being entirely made in aluminium, which makes it easier to handle and provides an unlimited resistance to outdoor conditions. Easy to stack, the Luxembourg armchair is exceptionally solid and therefore, suitable for use in public spaces. The comfort of this low leisure armchair has been enhanced by a range of multipurpose accessories.
