Dry spots can be removed by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot. Do not rub wet spots; simply absorb with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. If using the rug on a hard surface choose an optional rug pad to keep rug in place. Rug pads are guaranteed not to stain and are PVC-coated polymer.
