Shipping & Delivery
 

Shipping & Delivery
Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 3 days via FedEx Home Delivery.  Large items may require more lead time, up to 2 weeks.  Pine furniture ships in 2-4 weeks.  Wicker furniture ships in 6-8 weeks.

A deposit of 50% is charged on orders over $500 and the balance is charged when the items are shipped.
Non-Freight items are sent via FedEx or UPS ground.  Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Due to the large size and weight of home furnishings such as pine furniture or wicker, freight shipment is required for these items.  Please note additional standard freight charges, indicated by ($) after the item price in catalog or by the truck icon on website.
 

Curbside Delivery
Our standard freight charges include Curbside Delivery.  Carriers are responsible for delivery to the curbside or driveway of your home.  With Curbside Delivery, you are responsible for moving items into your home.

If your order is shipped by freight to the following states: AZ, CO, CA, WA, OR, NV, NM, SD, ND, ID, WY, UT, we will contact you with the total shipping charges.  Certain areas in these states may require an additional freight charge.

Inside Delivery
Please request this service when placing your order for and additional $75.  Inside Delivery does not include any assembly or removal of packaging and items will be taken off the truck and taken to your driveway or inside your garage. 

White Glove Delivery
We are pleased to offer White Glove Service for our customers who prefer to have items placed, set up, and the packaging removed.  Please email info@americancountryhomestore.com for a quote on White Glove Delivery for your order with items you wish to order and include your address & zip code.
 

For All Truck Deliveries
The Carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a 4-hour window for the delivery appointment.  Deliveries are Monday - Friday.
Before accepting delivery, please inspect the contents and note any signs of damage on the Bill of Lading.  If an item is damaged, please call our Customer Service number for assistance.
 

Save on Multi-Piece Shipments!
We are happy to reduce Freight Charges for multi-piece orders.  Please e-mail info@americancountryhomestore with items you wish to order and include your address & zip code.
