I've redecorated my house, page by page. Some of it was probably without realizing it, but I have spent hours pouring over this old catalog, and now in late '06, my house looks like that 1999 catalog from Yield House!
I inquired a few months ago about getting on a mailing list or requesting a new catalog, and was told that you no longer sent out catalogs. I'm thrilled with this on-line catalog, and will order from your company often.

Through a Google search for Shaker table I found American County’s Foyer Side Table. I immediately ordered it and two weeks later – as promised on the website – I got an e-mail stating it had been shipped.
Unfortunately it never arrived.
Fortunately, Maggie Wynja works for you!
She and I talked several times over the next week. (It was also very nice to have a real human answer the phone without having to go through “punch 1 or 2,” etc.) Every time she said she would do something she did – as in I’ll call you back when I know something from FedEx. One week after the first FedEx estimated delivery date, she phoned to say FedEx had lost it and she would put in a replacement order – and remove the final payment from my credit card until it shipped again.
This Saturday I got a nice surprise – the table was dumped on my porch by FedEx. Worried because of the rough handling, I worked and worked to get the table out of the box. Nothing to worry about, the table was so well-wrapped I thought I was never going to see what it looked like! When I did get it out of the bubble wrap and reinforced corners, it is exactly what I wanted!
