thank you for your quick response to all of my e-mails. I have never had such good service from ordering an item on-line. Usually I wait for days for a reply.
I am surprised that my order of two chairs and a glass top table only wieghs 23 pounds. Is this right?

Our chairs have arrived! We are thrilled! The box was a little beat up, so I was worried about the contents...but the chairs were well packed and look terrific! Thank you so much for providing this quality product. I was especially pleased that you were honest that the delivery of the chairs would be much later than the table. I was told they would arrive in November, and I was expecting perhaps that would be around Thanksgiving. Instead they were here the first week in November. Since we are involved with intermountain winter right now in Idaho, I am using the chairs and table in our guest bedroom. They look stunning and compliment the "garden" decor of the room. I can't wait to see how the bistro set will look on our new front paved patio next spring!

I want to thank you for the wonderful products. I received a Yield House
catalog by mail in 1999, and have retained it ever since. I've
redecorated my house, page by page. Some of it was probably without
realizing it, but I have spent hours pouring over this old catalog, and
now in late '06, my house looks like that 1999 catalog from Yield House!

I inquired a few months ago about getting on a mailing list or
requesting a new catalog, and was told that you no longer sent out
catalogs. I'm thrilled with this on-line catalog, and will order from
your company often.

Through a Google search for Shaker table I found American County’s Foyer Side Table. I immediately ordered it and two weeks later – as promised on the website – I got an e-mail stating it had been shipped.

Unfortunately it never arrived.

Fortunately, Maggie Wynja works for you!

She and I talked several times over the next week. (It was also very nice to have a real human answer the phone without having to go through “punch 1 or 2,” etc.) Every time she said she would do something she did – as in I’ll call you back when I know something from FedEx. One week after the first FedEx estimated delivery date, she phoned to say FedEx had lost it and she would put in a replacement order – and remove the final payment from my credit card until it shipped again.

This Saturday I got a nice surprise – the table was dumped on my porch by FedEx. Worried because of the rough handling, I worked and worked to get the table out of the box. Nothing to worry about, the table was so well-wrapped I thought I was never going to see what it looked like! When I did get it out of the bubble wrap and reinforced corners, it is exactly what I wanted!

Love the Mandalay wicker chairs. They were packed like they were glass sculptures, and the quality is wonderful . To be honest with you, I have been working with a designer, who couldn't believe that I would order chairs from the Internet, without seeing them or sitting in them. My husband is 6'4" with VERY long legs. We have been trying out chairs for about 9 months, and I'm sure driving the designer crazy. The chairs are just perfect for him, and I felt the price was very reasonable.
